India Announces New Space Goals

Indian officials from the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) today announced that India has plans to launch astronauts into space by 2015. This would be the first time an Indian made shuttle and crew would go to space. Mr. Radhakrishnan, an official from the ISRO also announced plans to reach Mars by 2020.
