Kabooza is a relatively new startup founded January 2007 that aims to make backup online storage easier. The company has just closed $840,000 in seed funding from Aggregate Media. You simply download and install the Kabooza application to your computer (only Windows currently supported), and choose which folders you want to automatically backup on Kabooza. As you add files, the contents are automatically synced. Kabooza does not offer any free trials, it is priced at $49.95 per year and has a 25GB upload limit. I think the company is in a tuff situation, monster competitors including Microsoft are already in this space. Google is expected to enter with GDrive, and Yahoo recently announced it will close its online storage service of 10 years Yahoo Briefcase. Via
